On 6 October 2020 the Arise Annual Symposium will take place in collaboration with Greening of Industry Network (GIN). This year’s theme is ‘Towards Circular Regions’. The deadline for submitting abstracts of papers is 7 August. This 4TU.CEE sponsored event will be held in a hybrid format, at the University of Twente and online.
Transdisciplinary knowledge has been emphasized to facilitate the transition from a linear to a circular economy. Regional and broader scale initiatives are needed to manage multiple actors, sectors, scales and dimensions during the transitionary period. Systematic collaboration among societal representatives through their value chains can enhance regenerative production and consumption systems.
Further details, also on registering for the event, can be found on the website of the symposium.
