Project introduction and background information
In our MSc course we serve students from diverse educational backgrounds. Time is used efficiently by (i) suiting course materials to individual knowledge levels and (ii) structuring lectures by ‘flipping the classroom’. Five thematic e-learning modules have been integrated into Blackboard. For each of these modules, knowledge clips have been developed to familiarize students with (i) five thematic subjects, and (ii) the case study used in the second half of the course. In this way, students focus on their knowledge requirements at a pace, tailored to nicely suit individual knowledge levels, and practice active learning, supported by a FeedbackFruits environment.
