4TU.Energy Community Day 2024 is fully booked

4TU.Energy’s foremost emphasis lies in strengthening the bonds within the community while simultaneously concentrating on research and education. One of the annual activities that serves this purpose is the 4TU. Energy Community Day, which serves as a platform for researchers to forge connections, expand their professional network, and seek inspiration from their peers.

Each year, Energy Community Day forms a specific theme (click here to view version 2023 in retrospect with the after-movie).

Note:

1) Please arrive at 10:00 if you bring a poster, to make sure you have enough time to hang up your poster before 10:30;

2) The posters will be on the wall in the same room for the day program (Room 5.1), that's why you should better arrive before the program starts. Tapes will be provided;

3) On the last Community Day, there was a very nice group photo; and we would like to have a new photo for this Community Day; but if you have no intention on social media, you are free to choose not to participate;

4) Poster session info and template can be found in "Download" below; the template is not obligated to use;

5) Your portrait photo will be taken by a professional photographer; if you are interested, please inform us in advance, max.10 people can get this opportunity

Please note that a reasonable fee for no-show-up and any de-registration after 1 April 2024 may be charged to compensate for the booking.
