Dr. Amirhoushang Mahmoudi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Thermal and Fluid Engineering at the University of Twente. He earned his Ph.D. in 2015 from the University of Luxembourg, where his research focused on the thermodynamic behavior of biomass conversion processes. In 2018, he joined the University of Twente as a faculty member. Dr. Mahmoudi's current research interests include thermochemical conversion, transport phenomena, and multi-scale modeling, with applications in solar thermal energy, heat storage, and carbon capture. His work aims to advance sustainable energy technologies and contribute to innovative solutions for clean energy production.
