Profile

Michael Poznic is affiliated to the Insitute for Technology Assessment and Systems Analysis (ITAS) at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. He is working as a researcher in the group Philosophy of Science, Engineering and Technology (WTP).

Michael received his PhD from Delft University of Technology. His PhD thesis is about models in science & engineering, the problem of scientific representation and the connection between philosophy of technology and philosophy of science.

He received his M.A. from RWTH Aachen University with a thesis on semantics and ontology of fiction. Besides philosophy, he studied psychology and sociology as minors.
