Rosalie is a postdoctoral researcher at the Sustainable AI Lab of the University of Bonn.
Rosalie was a PhD candidate at the University of Twente. She analyzes the ethical implications of video analytics in relation to power. Her project is part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network ‘PROTECT - Protecting Personal Data Amidst Big Data Innovation’, funded by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 programme. Before starting her PhD, Rosalie obtained a BA and MA degree in Philosophy from the KU Leuven (Belgium) and a MA in Applied Ethics from LiU (Sweden). In 2021, Rosalie is the student representative for the University of Twente in the 4TU.Ethics PhD Council.
