4TU.Responsible Sustainability Challenge (2023-2024)
The 4TU.Responsible Sustainability Challenge is an inter-university and multidisciplinary initiative of the 4TU.Centres High-Tech Materials, Energy and Ethics & Technology, perfectly coordinated by the Honours Office of the University of Twente in collaboration with the Honours Programme of Delft University of Technology and the Honours Academy of Eindhoven University of Technology. It is a 15 ECTS project for Master Honours students (or students on a similar track).
After the the pilot track (2022-2023), we are happy to have also succesfully completed the second track of the 4TU.RSC 2023-2024, bringing academia to industry. In this edition, the 4TU Alliance on Energy Access was involved; they had representatives in the core team of teachers.

Events
- The kick-off event took place at the campus of the University of Twente on the 16th of November 2023. It was organized by the Honours Office in Twente.
- The first live event took place at Eindhoven University of Technology on the 8th of February 2024 and marked the start of the second phase, the investigate phase.
- The second live event took place at Delft University of Technology on the 7th of May 2024. It was hosted by 4TU.HTM and the Honours Programme Delft, and marked the act phase typically within the Challenge Based Learning methodology.
- The final event will take place on the 19th of June 2024 in Utrecht.
Final event Utrecht
The closure event of the 4TU. Responsible Sustainabality Challenge 2023-2024 took place in the amazing Botanic Gardens of Utrecht University, on the 19th of June 2024. Master Honours student groups presented their work and got certificated. The event festively marked their 15 ECTS challenge.

Live event 4TU.RSC - Eindhoven University of Technology - 8 February 2024
4TU.Energy has successfully hosted the first live event (after the kick-off event of 16 November 2023) of the 4TU.RSC track 2023-2024 at Eindhoven University of Technology, with the theme of Entrepreneurship. Looking back at this half-day event at Eindhoven University of Technology, we've seen interactive presentations and enthusiastic students, and a great team of core teachers and organizers from the UTwente Honours Office and the 4TU.Centres involved.
