It is unbelievable how our daily life has changed in the last weeks. The impact of the corona virus is immense. As we are struggling to keep up with the latest numbers, our plans and decisions are fraught with uncertainty. How long will this situation last? How will we recover? Are we prepared and resilient enough? As resilience scientists, this keeps going through our minds.
Despite these difficult times, we choose to launch the call for abstracts for our Resilience Conference. The conference is planned for 24, 25 and 26 November 2020, and for now we assume that it can take place. Due to the current situation, we have added an extra conference track: Resilience against epidemics, to which you can share your work and thoughts on the Covid-2019 outbreak. Behind the scenes, preparations continue. And of course, we will adapt if the corona outbreak requires us to do so.
