The Joint International Resilience Conference, co-organized by the 4TU.Centre for Resilience Engineering and the Future Resilient Systems Program FRS at the Singapore ETH Center SEC, took place in November 2020. More than 800 participants joined this conference.

This track had a focus on the design challenges for coupled socio-technical-environmental systems. - Track B: Modeling and Designing Interdependent STE-systems.

This track brought together researchersfrom data analytics, machine learning and AI, with resilience thinking and decision-making under deepuncertainty, - Track D: Governance systems and institutional arrangements for STE resilience
Papers on governance and institutions, stakeholder involvement, and bottom-up versus top-down planning approaches. - Track E: Resilience and Covid-19 pandemics
