Project introduction and background information
Inclusive and caring neighbourhoods is a research-driven initiative exploring how the built environment can promote autonomy and social inclusion for people living with dementia. Grounded in environmental psychology, urban gerontology and empathic methods, the project develops spatial strategies that translate behavioural patterns and cognitive needs into responsive public environments.
